We accept the following payment methods through our secure website:

Shipping Quotes
Shipping options and prices can be calculated once you add the parts you wish to purchase to the cart. Once done, in the Shipping section click 'add info' and provide your shipping address, then click 'Estimate Shipping'. The available shipping options and prices will then be displayed. We only ship to Australian addresses.
Shipping
Orders are shipped daily from Canberra ACT, Monday to Friday (excluding ACT Public Holidays) within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders received after 10am (ACT/Canberra time) will be shipped next business day.
Orders are only shipped to Australian addresses. We ship the majority of orders using the Australia Post Parcel Post service. This gives us Australia wide coverage, including PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses. An Express Post option is available for smaller orders, just select that option during checkout. Please note that other freight companies may be used for orders that can not be sent with Australia Post due to size or weight restrictions. We will advise you if this is the case. All orders are sent with tracking and details are provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Local Pickup
Local collection of orders is NOT available. Instead, we offer a Flat Rate delivery fee for orders of any size to selected ACT Region post codes.
International Orders
Currently we do not ship to any International location.
Returns
Please ensure the product you purchase is suitable for your vehicle. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before you purchase. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued after inspection.
Shipping costs are not refundable. It is the customers responsibility to organise for the safe return of any items.
No credits will be made unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorisation Number (RAN). To be issued with a Return Authorisation Number please contact us as items returned without a RAN may not be accepted and may be returned at the buyers expense.
Returns after 14 days are at our discretion and will incur a 10% handling charge. If you require a refund rather than store credit, the bank merchant fee Classic Motoring has been charged will be deducted from the refund amount.

Stock
All parts are NEW unless stated in description. Current stock levels are displayed in the item description. Our website stock levels are correct - we don't have additional stock on hand.
Products that can be added to your shopping cart are available for immediate shipping. If you require more stock than currently available, please contact us for an ETA.
If the part is out of stock, you can be updated automatically via email when more stock arrives. On the product page, enter your email address, just below the 'Out of Stock' message, and submit.
Occasionally due to unforseen circumstances such as damaged stock we may not be able to supply the products ordered. If this situation arises we will contact you immediately to make alternate arrangements.
All manufacturers part numbers are used for reference purposes only. Photos are for descriptive purposes only and may not be the exact part supplied.
Warranty
Classic Motoring warrants new products sold by it will be free from manufacturer defect for a period of 3 months or 5000 km/3000 miles (which ever occurs first), from the date of purchase. If an item is deemed to be defective, Classic Motoring will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product, or take back the product and issue a refund. Classic Motoring's responsibility is limited solely to the replacement of the defective part.
Our liability is subject to us being satisfied that the defect was not caused by defective installation or maintenance; repair, alteration or modification in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; or neglect or misuse of the product. Classic Motoring does not warrant against or is liable for any damage resulting from or caused by any product being used for any purpose which it is not designed for or which is not recommended by the manufacturers.
