How do I get a freight quote?

Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart then click 'add info' in the shipping section. Enter your State, Suburb and Postcode and click 'Estimate Shipping'. See the Payment, Shipping & Returns page for further information.

Can I collect my order?

No, we are an online business only and due to Insurance, security and access issues we are unable to offer local collection of orders.

Can I call you?

We are an online business only and so do not provide a telephone number. This helps to keep our prices as competitive as possible for all of our customers. We find email is best as we can accurately research parts, provide pricing, stock availability and shipping quotes.

What are your payment methods?

We accept payment by Credit Card (securely processed by Stripe), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Deposit to our ANZ Bank account and PayPal.

How do I use my store credit?

Sometimes you may receive a store credit. We will advise you via email when you have received a credit. In order to use the credit, you MUST be logged in to your store account using the email address supplied when you set up your account. You can not checkout as a 'guest'. If you forgot your password you can reset on the login page.

The store credit is made available during checkout on the payment page. Please note: you MUST go through the checkout process by clicking the Checkout button. If you click on the PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay buttons this will bypass the store checkout process and you will not receive the credit for that order. You can still select these payment methods during checkout. Please contact us if you require assistance.
